License agreement for 1C:Enterprise 8.3This License Agreement is a document conditioning the terms of use of the above-mentioned 1C:Enterprise 8 SOFTWARE PRODUCT by the entity (hereinafter referred to as "Licensee"), either private or legal, in possession of a copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT that was lawfully produced and registered by 1C-Soft LLC. SOFTWARE PRODUCT is a 1C:Enterprise 8 bundle containing 1C:Enterprise 8 installation package, at least one application or configuration (except for ad hoc 1C:Enterprise 8 deliveries), and the License Agreement regulating the terms of use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. All exclusive proprietary rights for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (the actual software recorded on digital data media, software updates and add-ons provided separately, and any accompanying materials in a hard-copy or electronic form) are owned by 1C-Soft LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Copyright Owner") registered in Moscow, Russian Federation. By installing the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and saving it to a computer memory, the Licensee acknowledges being bound by this License Agreement. According to this License Agreement, the Licensee is granted selected non-exclusive rights as described below. The Licensee is to keep the License Agreement included into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT bundle as a document confirming their right to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT granted by the Copyright Owner. The Copyright Owner reserves the right to unilaterally change the technical support terms from time to time, including the terms for providing the Licensee with updates to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, by publishing a corresponding information message on the Copyright Owner's website. |

Thin client licensingThe thin client is a component of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system. It provides client access to infobases or Internet services created on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. Thin client is included in the official distribution package of the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. It is also available for download from official 1C website provided that the Licensee accepts the terms of the license agreement. Thin client can be used free of charge. When accessing infobases or Internet services via 1C:Enterprise 8 thin client, the client license can be provided and paid for by the infobase owner, the Internet service supplier, or the user. Base edition licensingBase edition of 1C:Enterprise 8 (hereinafter referred to as "BASE EDITION") is a 1C:Enterprise 8 distribution package that includes, among others, the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and a specialized application (configuration). License agreements for base editions impose the following functionality and usage limitations:
To access and use BASE EDITION for some software products, the Licensee may be required to obtain a software license for using a BASE EDITION copy limited to a Licensee's computer. BASE EDITION does not support hardware dongles. Training version licensingTraining version of 1C:Enterprise 8 (hereinafter referred to as "TRAINING VERSION") is a 1C:Enterprise 8 distribution package that includes, among others, a specialized (training) version of the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and one or several training applications (configurations).
1C:Enterprise mobile platform licensingMobile application development tools and 1C:Enterprise mobile platform for development are included in the commercial delivery of 1C:Enterprise platform. They are available to application developers who have purchased 1C:Enterprise platform distribution package without any extra payment. When developers distribute free mobile applications created on 1C:Enterprise platform in app stores or other sources, they do not need to conclude a license agreement with 1C Company or undertake any financial obligations. Any method of monetization requires concluding a license agreement with 1C company. To enable employees to install and use mobile applications created on 1C:Enterprise platform on their mobile devices, a company must purchase client licenses for the required number of mobile workstations. When installing several applications created on 1C:Enterprise platform on one device, a company needs to purchase client licenses for mobile workstations for each application.
